A visionary of his time and a versatile entrepreneur from the city of Joy, Mr. Raj Kumar Misra a graduate from Kolkata envisioned reshaping the skyline of the city. As he made tall strides towards achieving this dream, he founded one of the biggest conglomerates Lal Traders & Agency Pvt. Ltd. Soon after its formation, a strategic partnership with Muskan High rise Pvt. Ltd was signed which identified the iconic location bearing the heritage and legacy of Kolkata “Charu Market”.

The insight of Mr. Misra presenting an iconic landmark with all modern amenities, values, beauties and qualities took shape in implementing this project. Thereafter this strategic partnership is working towards identifying and building other landmarks in the city.

1. Lal Trades & Agency Pvt. Ltd. having its registered office at 7, Waterloo Street Kolkata 700069 West Bengal.

Line of activities:

Running and operating two private Iron Ore mines. The Iron Ore mines are located at Badampadhar and at Gorumahisani in the district of Rairangpur Odisha.

Catering sales and distribution of sized iron ore in domestic and international market.

2. GM Iron & Steel Company Limited having its registered office at 7, Waterloo Street Kolkata 700069 West Bengal.

Line of activities:

a. The integrated steel plant located at District Dhenkenal Odhisha. The manufacturing activities of the integrated steel plant is turning out TMTs (finished products) from Iron Ore (raw materials) has the following installed and operating activities:-

• Sponge Iron- 450 Ton Per Day (TPD)

• Belates- 12X2, 15X1 induction furnace.

• Rolling Mill/Structure Mill- 350 TPD

• Captive Power Plant- 8 MW WHRB + 4MW AFBC = 12MW.

b. Maa Amba Sponge Iron Limited, a subsidiary of GM Iron & Steel Company Limited.

Line of activities.

Manufacturing Sponge Iron from Iron Ore. Installed capacity 200 TPD. The said unit is under expansion targeting 350 TPD, Sponge Iron 15X4 induction furnace for belates, 500 TPD rolling mill, 12 MW WHRB + 15 MW AFBC = 27 MW captive power plant.

c. Chandil Industries Private Limited, a subsidiary of GM Iron & Steel Company Limited.

Line of activities:

Manufacturing Sponge Iron from Iron Ore.Installed capacity 150 TPD Sponge Iron.

3. GM Infratech Limited having its registered office at 7, Waterloo Street Kolkata 700069 West Bengal

Line of activities-

a. Building up residential cum commercial complexes in strategic alliance with Muskan Highrise Pvt Limited in premium locations at the heart of South Kolkata. One of such endeavour is The Sky lake. In the same line of activity has already created a land bank in eastern Kolkata.

b. Creating infrastructure for tourism and snow sports activities in form of Private Public Partnership (PPP) with the state government of Himachal. The ropeway project is located between Palchan and Rothang in the state of Himachal Pradesh. Very recently it has acquired 72% shares from Tril Urban Transport Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of TATA Reailty and Infrastructure Limited) in a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) called Manali Ropeways Private Limited having its registered office at Mumbai.

4. GM Bidyut Limited having its registered office at 7, Waterloo Street Kolkata 700069 West Bengal.

Line of activities-

a. Running and operating Hydel Power Plants located in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The operating SPVs are

Regency Gangani Energy Private Limited. It’s a PPP venture with the state of Himachal Pradesh. It is a 7 MW hydel power plant with Prior Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the state electricity board of Himachal Pradesh.

Padhas Hydel Power Project Private Limited. It’s a It’s a PPP venture with the state of Himachal Pradesh. It is a 6 MW hydel power plant with Prior Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the state electricity board of Himachal Pradesh.

5. Tomorrows Sales Agency Pvt Ltd having its registered office at 13 Pollock Street 1st Floor, Room no- 7 Kolkata 700001 West Bengal.

Line of activities-

a. A NBFC company engaged in financing different micro and MSME projects and also finances core industrial sectors. In the same line of activity a company called A Power Himalayas Limited having its registered office at Himachal Pradesh was acquired through National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh back in the year 2018. Through this acquisition of A Power Himalaya Limited, Tomorrows Sales Agency Private Limited now owns all the 100% subsidiaries of A Power Himalayas Limited those are :-

i. Vadiyar Hydel Power Project Pvt Ltd. It is a 6 MW hydel power plant with Prior Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the state electricity board of Himachal Pradesh.

ii. Ski Himalayas Limited running and operating a tourist ropeway and snow sport activities lacated in the Solang Valley at Manali.
